State Duma Deputy Anatoly Vyborny moderated the First Car Rental Conference for owners and managers of car rental businesses in Russia. It was attended by representatives of the MADI, traffic police, the Prosecutor General's Office, as well as entrepreneurs and industry experts.

The participants discussed the problems that exist in the rental market.
